 PROCEDURE:

      (a). Collect the Sample from the Roll
      (b). Cut the Testing Samples across the width of Fabric
      (c). Weigh them in Electronic Weighing Scale
      (d). Record the Readings in the Testing Report
      (e). Calculate Average Value of the Readings
      (f). Find out Maximum and Minimum Value from the readings
      (g).Find out standard Deviation
      (h).Find out CV%

(2) TENSILE STRENGTH/Elongation: To measure Physical Strength (N/5CM) of Nonwoven in both the direction Machine and Cross direction of the Fabric.
      
STANDARD: EDANA 20.2-89
 
SPECIMEN SIZE: 150 X 50 mm

PROCEDURE:

      (a). Cut the required size of the sample
      (b). Clamp the sample in between the jaw of Tensile Machine
      (c). Set the parameter in the machine required for carry out the test  
      (d). Start the test one by one and measure the reading
      (e). Same way note down the reading of Elongation Value
      (f). At least eight reading from each direction to be noted
      (g). Calculate Avg value for Tensile Strength and Elongation
