| Lot Mapping & Grade Wise Allocation |
Veer has details of every shipment that is sent off the factory about which lot number & from which Grade the material is sent. |

TAPE |
Tenacity (Strength) |
For every lot the tenacity is tested with a minimum of 100 samples. |
| Denier |
For every lot the denier is tested with a minimum of 50 samples. |
| Elongation |
For every lot the elongation is tested with a minimum of 100 samples. |
| Tape Width |
For every lot the tape width is tested with a minimum of 75 samples. |

Fabrics |
Size |
Size check is done atleast 8 to 10 times in every shift. |
| Mesh |
Mesh Check is done every two hours in every shift |
| Tenacity |
For every roll atleast three times the tenacity is tested both warp & weft. |
| Elongation |
For every roll atleast three times the elongation is tested both warp & weft. |
| No Of tapes |
No of tapes is counted once in every shift |
| GSM |
Everytime the roll is cut its made sure that proper GSM is mantained. |
| Fabric Inspection |
We have a customized unwinding rewinding machine which helps us making a zero defect fabric. |
| Process inspection from third party |
We also get a third party process inpection done and attach a certificate authenticated by the quality inspector for every shipment. |

Coating |
Width Variation |
We have web alligners installed and apart from the our coating operators check the roll size atleast two times in every roll. |
| Shrinkage |
The fabric shrinkage is kept into consideration and thus the GSM is mantained consistently. |
| GSM |
Everytime the roll is cut its made sure that proper GSM is mantained. |
| Gauge Variation & Delamination |
We do inspection of 1 roll in every 12 rolls of our coated fabric using the winding unwinding machine that we have. |
| The above quality control measures are taken care of before our fabric enters the FIBC department, after it gets in the roll stock godown where all the FIBC fabric is stored there is a separate quality control process for the bag making department which is listed below. |

For every roll atleast four times the tenacity is tested both warp & weft. |
| GSM |
For every roll at least ten cut pieces are tested for the GSM just to make sure that the fabric is in accordance with the party standards. |
| Cut length |
For every roll atleast thrice the fabric length is checked. |
| Fabric Checking |
We have developed our own customized tables of fibre glass which have white lights installed on them. Every fabric piece that goes for bag making is checked for fabric damages and then only it is issued to the bag making department. |

For every roll atleast three times the tenacity is tested both warp & weft. |
| Weight / Mtr |
For every roll at least two 1 meter cut pieces are tested for the GSM just to make sure that the loop weight is in accordance with the safe working load of the bag. |
| Cut Length |
Random sampling of approximately 2 pieces per roll cut is done for measuring the cut length of the belt as per the specification. |
| Width |
Every roll that is of the needle loom is tested for the width variation. When the roll is issued for cutting atleast thrice the width variation is tested. |

FIBC Bag |
Physical properties |
All the physical properties which include skip stitches, loose stitches, label position, printing matter, ink shades, doc. Pouch position, size internal as well as external, etc are taken into consideration and is checked for every single bag that is sent to the packing division. |
| Weight |
Every single bag that is packed is weighed as to make sure whether it is perfectly in accordance with the weight that was given to the buyer at the time of signing the order. |
| FIBC testing |
It is already mentioned in supplier questionaire that we test every 1000th bag for the SWL and safety factor purpose. |
